These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the My Batumi mobile app, web app and related services. By using My Batumi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

My Batumi is a city guide app for Batumi, Georgia. The app helps users discover local places, businesses, services, events, guides, useful information, routes, contact links and community content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use some parts of My Batumi without creating an account. Some features may require registration or authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity under your account.

Users may submit content such as reviews, questions, answers, business listings, photos, comments, support messages or other materials. You are responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant My Batumi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute that content as necessary to operate, promote and improve the service.

4. Prohibited content and behavior

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, abusive, misleading, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or harmful content.
  • Post spam, fake reviews, scams, malware, phishing links or unauthorized advertising.
  • Impersonate another person, business or organization.
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or misuse the service.
  • Use My Batumi for unlawful activity or to harm other users or businesses.

5. Business listings

Businesses may submit or claim listings. My Batumi may review, edit, approve, reject, hide or remove business listings to protect users, ensure quality, prevent fraud or comply with applicable rules.

Business owners are responsible for keeping their information accurate, including address, contact details, working hours, prices, offers and service descriptions.

6. Moderation

We may moderate, hide, edit, reject or remove user content and business content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms, our moderation rules, user safety, platform policies or applicable law.

7. Third-party services and links

My Batumi may contain links or buttons to third-party services, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, phone calls, maps, payment services or external booking tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, pricing, policies or actions.

8. Accuracy of information

We try to keep information useful and accurate, but My Batumi does not guarantee that all business details, prices, working hours, events, routes, offers or other information are always complete, current or error-free. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant business or official source.

9. Safety and emergency information

My Batumi may provide useful city information and emergency contact references, but it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact the appropriate official emergency services directly.

10. Intellectual property

The My Batumi name, design, software, interface, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to My Batumi if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates risk for users or businesses, or if required for security or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimer

My Batumi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Batumi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, disputes between users and businesses, or actions of third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of My Batumi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
